4. Product Information and Enquiries

Product details, availability, and prices shown on the Site are for information only and may change without notice. The Site is not an online store; it does not constitute a binding offer to sell. Any purchase is arranged separately through enquiry and confirmation with us. We make reasonable efforts to display products accurately, but colors and details may vary on your device.

5. Virtual Try-On

The virtual try-on is provided for illustrative purposes only. It uses third-party artificial-intelligence services (located outside Thailand) to generate an approximate preview from a photo you upload. The result is not an accurate representation of how a product will actually look, fit, size, or appear in color.

By uploading a photo you confirm that you are the person shown, or that you have the consent of the person shown, and that you have the right to provide the image. You must not upload photos of children or of anyone who has not consented, nor any unlawful or infringing image. See our Privacy Policy for how try-on images are processed and transferred.

We may modify, limit, or discontinue the try-on at any time without notice.

6. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may link to or rely on third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties, and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

7. Disclaimers

The Site and its features are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that try-on results will meet your expectations.

To the maximum extent permitted by Thai law, Dararat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or the try-on feature. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any dispute arising from them or your use of the Site shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.
